Well, I did have to work this morning. at 8 am. We taped the re-opening ceremony of the Old Capitol and they are having different sorts of festivities all afternoon. Clearly, I didn't have to stay all day, so the plan was to come do a run after lunch, shower, and get studying. Because every night I say I'm going to, I usually just go to bed, but I don't really have a choice at this point.
In any case, I just got called back to work. Since I feel kind of gross (I did shower last night before bed) I'm going to go shower then work then study. Maybe I'll get a couple miles in later since it is so nice out. I'd really like to get something quick in, but working out always messes with my schedule
The BMP is having "May Daze" on the patio, which is outside my window, and they grill out for lunch and there is karaoke going right now. kind of loud and annoying. They have a couple different activities going on and I got some cotton candy on my home from work the first time.
I don't know how I'll ever make myself go somewhere and study when the weather is this great.

i'm the same way with the weather. useless if it's nice out. it was gorgeous here today, but the wind made it too chilly to just sit around.
matt and i went and had dinner at the green mill. don't know if you guys have that. kind of a pizza restaurant. i got a tostada salad that could have fed a family of four. when i was done eating you couldn't even tell i'd eaten anything. matt had a pizza that wasn't cooked all the way. the wings we had as an appetizer were really good, though. we were going to go to our favorite restaurant, mamas, but it was a longer drive and neither of us cared that much. we spent twice as much at the green mill as we would have at mamas and the food was half as good. win some lose some. and here we are at 8:30 and we're in for the night. i have a feeling we'll be watching the MLB extra innings.
i can hardly contain my excitement.
Oh sunny days. Mom and I stained the deck and I stepped in racoon poop. Just a typical Saturday afternoon. And then I went to work out, got a pizza and rented a movie (King Kong - NOT 2 thumbs up). I stopped at TJMaxx as well, I am looking for a new pair of shoes. Since Joe dumped me over the phone clearly(is it just me or does Charlie use that word a lot? PROBABLY she does) I deserve a new pair - at full price. I have the lady at Von Maur calling around for the Jessical Simpson shoes I want. They are a knock off of the $900 shoes all the celebs wear. But I thought I'd check out TJMaxx as well.
I think I'll clean the Tracer today, might put the hub cap that has been my trunk for 2 years on, might even steal one from Charlies car so I can have a full set. Suite.
