I just had my final and turned in my essay! I leave school in about 20 minutes (or as soon as I´m done with this entry) and will be done with class for...a month or so?

New smoking ban in effect at Iowa. Smoking is prohibited at UIHC and within 25 feet of all facitlities. That will be refreshing as everyone here smokes. Mercedes tries to smoke out of her kitchen window, but we just have a small inclosed patio and the smoke filters back through the door in my bedroom. Which I keep open because there are no windows, fans, or air conditioning and I´m not allowed to use lights.

In other news, our star basketball player last season, Adam Haluska, was picked 43rd in the draft to the New Orleans Hornets. It goes to show how long I´ve been out of the NBA loop as I thought the Hornets were still based out of Charlotte.

I still need to pack, sort of. My roommate was off this morning, but she´s already left things behind. Because she was too lazy to throw things she didn´t want out. Just because you don´t want your half bottle of suave naturals shampoo doesn´t mean I do.

Really, I´m glad to be leaving. I know I´m not clean in bathrooms, but I try when sharing with strangers. The french kid still hasn´t showered, but our sink is gross with toothpaste because he uses about half a tube everytime he brushes his teeth.

This morning there was water on the floor and wet towels from my roommate. I mean, it´s not her fault she was still drunk or anything.

Fiesta at the school tonight. It should be fun, last times was. At least, there was a cute bartender. Last night my two girls that I´m close with and I went out for dinner and we had a 60 bill for the three of us. It was good, but not that good.

Madrid tomorrow, we´re planning on relaxing Saturday and seeing a couple museums Sunday. I´m sure everyone who answers phones at HBCPC is thrilled to be the headquarters of communication for the horan girls´ European Extravaganza Excursion any-other-"E"-word-you-want-to-add-for-alliteration.

We´re on the homestretch now, folks!
