Clearly we did not go to a discoteca.

And we may or may not go to Harry Potter again tonight (we are so going). I mean, it's not expensive and everythings closed at night except clubs and why would susan and I go to clubs together

Well, I know one reason. "Mr. One in a Hundred." Probably one of the best memories of this trip.

Vatican City was cool. In the Sistine Chapel you are not supposed to talk or take pictures but there was a really loud hum of people talking and I saw more than one person sneak pictures. That has to be one of my biggest pet peeves...when people clearly disregard the rules and feel that they do not apply to them. I could look at the ceiling for about 5 seconds before I wanted to get out of there. The talkers were loud, old Spanish or Italian women (who I know from experience do what they want when they want and really don't think it's necessary for them to follow rules) and the photographers were the Asians.

I don't really like stereotypes, but in traveling I've figured out that they're that way because there's a little bit of truth to them.

Oh. And I found my new favorite place in Rome. There is this plaza about two city blocks big thats sunk into the ground and is ruins of 4 ancient greek buildings. Lots of columns and cement lying around. But it's a cat home! Like, a TON of cats live there and all are spayed and given shots and fed and care for by a shelter and the shelter adopts them to people around the world. I want a cat from Rome! Probably I took more pictures of cats than I did of the Colosseum.

I got a note from Mom that said Sim might miss me but that he and Mary were pretty much BFF before she left. I love it when Mom says BFF.

Anyway, so what is everyone doing next Saturday?

TTYL :)
