So Coc told me she found a bike I can have. Evidently it's been sitting on the side of the house since before she moved in. It's not locked up either. I don't know why no one took it. Anyway, she told me I could have it, or she's throwing it away. I haven't really looked at it. She said it might need a tune up. We have a bike seat.
I had to use my $20 from Halloween to pay for a ticket to the NW game that didn't get used last week. Really, I just should have used it instead of Mary's, but I had easier access to Mary's. Since it was Mary's I told Ashley she didn't have to pay for it, but I never collected from the friend that did come. So, I know it's my fault, but I'm still short $20. It's irritating because they were practically giving away tickets for last weeks game. With that performance, they should be paying us to come. Anyway, the girl I owed always complains about not having enough money, too, (but she doesn't have a job) so I know she's not going to cut me any slack.
I had a great day, though, Saturday, with Ashley. She and I need to communicate better about weekends to go visit. I know her boyfriend has already made the trip twice. I'd really like to go as I like Chicago. Mary will probably be making more trips yet this year and with her located in Chicago next year I'll have even more incentive to go.
Representatives of the boys basketball team came by Theta last night at dinner to promote season tickets. The house that has the most buyers gets to host the team to dinner and will be announced at half time of a Big 10 game. They're desperate for fans, I think. I bought my tickets a long time ago, anyway. Dad says Wessels is the 6th man now, as three of the more experienced guards have injuries. Still haven't read his name in a paper yet.
I'm really ready for break. I'd be okay with selling my ticket to Wisconsin and going home this weekend. But, if I did that, who would the twins sit with?
Tonight I'm cleaning up my room and making a list of things to get done by the end of the week. I need to get organized and do laundry, but I also have a midterm on Friday. I'm not really doing so hot in most of my classes. The business major is probably going to have to go. I'm not good at it. I know I'm supposed to have a marketable degree, but I don't know what you think is marketable besides business. Even though I think we all agree business is not for me. I know the goal is to have a job outside of college and I know no one really likes the media, but it's what I want to do. I'll just have to find a second major to supplement journalism.
It's funny because I was explaining to a co-worker that business was my back up degree and she said journalism was hers (being a cinema major). Her parents are business people, too.
I missed my staff meeting on Monday morning. I'm not sure why. I got out of bed at my alarm and couldn't figure out why it was set so early. I'd already missed one this semester, so the punishment is supposed to be one week immediate suspension. Except Mike moved the suspension to Thanksgiving break. Which I didn't plan on working, anyway. I had hoped he'd make me suspended this week.
Long story short, I need to figure my life out and pull it together.

Nothin about BritBrit and Fed-ex?
Pretty nice entry. Not sure I understand how/why you had to buy a NW ticket.
Mary found the bike tool. Let's see...bike...tool...seat. What does it all mean?
