What is the earliest possible date after my birthday we can have a sister trip to Vegas? We can even invite Katie to this one...unless she's getting married again.

I think that a trip to Vegas might be the appropriate way to celebrate Martin Luther King Day or Presidents Day. The banks are closed - does that mean schools and investment banking firms are too? It means museums are... 3 day weekend...
