Well, Katie, that does decrease the fun factor. Now I'm wondering why anyone is coming at all when I could be going home instead? And I'm sure we'll find a great present for you. Mary and I tend to be great gift givers. Except on your birthday this year. But I mean, someone had to get a marginal gift -- we'd already thought of Vera Bradley and the Magic Bullet!

I drove Mary to the airport today. She's kind of like Dad in that she tells me when to switch lanes and turn and things like that. Not that it's bad. She's just aware of my lack of driving skills. There is a chance she had to switch flights because of rain so she was rearranging her luggage so she could carry on a suit in case her luggage gets lost. Hopefully they don't. Also, she had a bit of a headache, so my thoughts and prayers are with her so she doesn't get a brain tumor.

Also, I made my final project proposal for modes of film production. It's going to be about Soo! My class and TA love it. Like, really love it. I can't wait to get started! The whole family is welcome to give interviews - I'll have equipment all of Thanksgiving break!

I'm off to Prairie Lights Bookstore for work!

TTYL :)

No. No project about me. I don't need everyone making fun of me on camera and then you showing it to everyone in your class. Somehow knowing that a bunch of college kids all around Iowa are laughing at me isn't my idea of a great way to spend the holidays.

No Charlie. No.

you don't want to be responsible for a black spot on kristen's academic reputation, do you susan? this is her FUTURE we're talking about here. sometimes you have to sacrifice your self-pride for something that is larger than us all.

Until I know exactly what the project is I won't support it. And if it in anyway mocks me I will boycott anyone who participates in it. Sorry.

Moving on...

I resemble those remarks about shotgun/backseat driving.
